Welcome to the LightningSite Affiliate Program. These Terms and Conditions outline the legal agreement between LightningSite (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”). By joining and participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
To join our affiliate program, you must submit a complete and accurate registration form. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. Current customers may already have an account and can access the program directly through their account page.
As a member of the LightningSite Affiliate Program, you will earn a 30% commission on all sales, subscriptions, and services referred through your unique affiliate link. Commissions will continue for as long as the referred customer remains with LightningSite. Commissions are not earned on fraudulent, canceled, or refunded orders.
Once you are approved as an affiliate, you will receive a unique referral ID, which can be customised and used in referral links. Any customer referred through your link will be tracked and credited to your affiliate account.
For our existing customers, we will automatically embed your referral link in the “Powered by 100% renewable energy” footer of your website hosted with LightningSite. This ensures that any traffic or sales generated through your website will be credited to your account.
Affiliates may not use the following methods to promote LightningSite:
Affiliates must not use or promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or other offensive or inappropriate content. Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.
LightningSite does not currently hold any trademarks. However, all materials, including logos, graphics, and marketing content provided to affiliates, remain the intellectual property of LightningSite and may only be used for promotional purposes within the scope of this agreement. You are not allowed to alter, misrepresent, or misuse these materials.
You agree to always act in good faith and represent LightningSite in a positive and professional manner. LightningSite reserves the right to review and audit all affiliate activities and can terminate your account if any breaches or violations of these terms are discovered.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the LightningSite Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
In the event of termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions if these terms have been violated.
LightningSite reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. However, any commissions earned prior to such changes will be honoured.
We are not responsible for any damages, loss of revenue, or other consequences that arise from your participation in the affiliate program, including errors in tracking, unauthorised use of affiliate links, or technical issues.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
