How do you handle custom or premium WordPress themes and plugins?
We can assist with custom or premium themes and plugins, but ultimately their maintenance lies with the original developer. If a third-party developer no longer supports a plugin or theme, we cannot guarantee continued compatibility or updates. We will do our best to provide basic support; however, issues requiring specialised development may incur additional fees.
