Nordic Creative Limited owns and manages LightningSite, ensuring compliance with relevant legal obligations and standards. All operations, including website management and service provision, fall under the purview of Nordic Creative Limited.
Nordic Creative Limited shall not be held legally responsible for the content or other aspect of our clients’ websites. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their website content with applicable laws and regulations.

While we strive to provide unlimited resources to our clients, excessive usage by a few users may impact the overall performance and availability of our services for others. Free Trial Policy
During the free trial period, customers are granted complimentary access to our hosting services, which include enhancements to speed and CO2 optimisation features as detailed on the Performance package. Please note that these upgrades are provided at no additional cost for the duration of the free trial.
However, it is important to understand that while the hosting and specified upgrades are included, any development work undertaken as part of the Development package is chargeable. Specifically, should you require development services during your trial, the provision of up to two hours of development work is available but will incur charges if the service is cancelled at any point during or after the free trial period. These charges are non-refundable and designed to compensate for the professional time spent on development tasks requested by the customer.
By accepting this free trial, you agree to these terms, acknowledging that while the trial includes hosting and performance upgrades, any development work requested is subject to charges as outlined above, payable upon cancellation of the trial or service.
